Cream Cheese Frosting

Isn’t cream cheese frosting just the best frosting you can have on a cake, or cupcake?! This recipe goes great with my REDUCED SUGAR CARROT CAKE RECIPE HERE.

Ingredients:

 

  • 2 Blocks Cream Cheese (room temp)
  • 1/2 Stick Butter (softened)
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla
  • 4 cups Powdered Sugar

 

Directions

 

  • Beat the cream cheese, butter, and vanilla together with your KitchenAid Mixer until well combined.
  • Slowly add the powdered sugar, and beat until well combined with no lumps.

 

 

You can add more powdered sugar if you want the frosting sweeter and crustier.
