Our family has been a member of the Memphis Zoo for almost a year now. Now that we have kids, we need to take them places where they can learn and explore! Our membership was actually a Christmas gift for Greta last year, but I was planning on joining before we were gifted the membership!  I wanted to share the Memphis Zoo membership benefits in case you too have young children and are considering joining!

Growing up my family had a membership to the Jacksonville Zoo, and I always have enjoyed visiting zoos all over the country.  I still enjoy going to the zoo as an adult, so naturally, now that I have kids, I would want to take them too.

My favorite exhibit at the Memphis Zoo is the China Exhibit. I love the Pandas, and it is just a cool, colorful section of the zoo to walk through. I also love the African Veldt because elephants and giraffes are two of my favorite animals.

Now that school is back in session, I especially love going to the zoo on a weekday morning. You practically have the whole zoo to yourself!
